There was a scandal this morning outside my house, and the lampost was gone. It was probably my neighbor.......Tyre tracks lead to his driveway from our snow covered grass, and end in his garage. Also, there was a scandal in the Eight-grade for something racial. WHY ARE THERE SO MANY SCANDALS!!!!!!!!!!IN THE WORLD!!!!!(Everyday a new one surfaces, weird world we live in)

So I haven't been very active the past few days.

Well, I go on today and I see someone that I did not approve of is SModded, and then I snoop around more and I see probably hundreds of posts hard deleted.

I also see post owners changed, and everything royally mucked with.

I suppose this is what I get for giving out forum powers to people. I've killed all moderator positions, and left only my trusted admins on. Everyone else has had whatever powers they had yoinked.

What pisses me off the most is that people I did not approve of (not saying that I wouldn't have approved had I been asked but I wasn't) were given access to the High Table, where I have passwords for the server. You know, where people I don't necessarily know could fuck around with our server. The passwords that could make this forum disappear and be unrecoverable are in there.

I am seriously pissed off.

In a few days I will be heading back to school and going back to the two year old routine of Getting up, getting ready, and going to school a a 7 hour day. Then i will be going home some days on the bus. Once outside activities start, I will be eating dinner with my mom on Monday and Tuesday. Then after bus/ dinner I do home work for about 4 hours, 4PM to 8PM,and this year is going to be very hard

Don't buy tires at Wal-Mart

I don't usually do the blog thing, but if I don't get this out, my brain will explode.

Saturday I went to meet my mother at Wal-Mart because I saw 205/65/R15 tires on sale for $65 per tire, which is a pretty good price. They're great tires, too. I talked my mother into loaning me the money for new tires as a birthday gift, and told her I'd have her paid off by the time my birthday comes next month. She agreed and we were set to meet at Wally World when I got off work at 3p, 'cept she forgot.

I waited for an hour while she drove from her house, which is an hour away. When she got there, we told the guy who relieved the wonderful gentleman I was originally speaking to, that I had four tires with my name on them (literally), and we needed to buy them. The first hangup came when the Service Manager, also viably titleable "Dumbest Fucking Auto 'Mechanic' On Earth", told me my car wouldn't clear their hydraulic lift because a part of my air conditioning unit came through the bottom of my front end (I drive a beat up old '95 Ford Taurus that's held together with chicken fence wire and electrical tape), which I had wired to my bumper to keep from dragging on the ground. This was certifiable bullshit because another guy had an air filter that hung down further than my car's AC, and it's out of the way of the tire-width ramps they have. Morons.

The conclusion that was I was going to have to put the tires on myself. I was ok with this because I always have my tire iron and floor jack in my trunk. At this point, we could've gone and started taking the first tire off, but we didn't, because that asshole didn't say we were going to have to pay for the tires after all was said and done, but instead let us stand there for fifteen minutes thinking we needed to pay now. Dick.

By the time we finally did get started, my cousin Josh had showed up with another jack to speed up the process. Within two minutes of working, we had the ass end of the car in the air and both rear wheels off, and inside the store, where the next plight began. This dude couldn't have somebody slap these tires on the rims for me while they were waiting for things to be brought to them to finish an oil change for one car and a tire installation for another car, so we were told we had to wait to put the tires of the rims until one of those jobs was finished. I was already pissed, but I remained docile by trying to calm my mother down, who was outright irate.

It took twenty minutes, and wouldn't you know, both jobs got finished at precisely the same time. Imagine that. They got my first two tires on the rim after a whopping twelve more minutes... It takes two minutes for a tire to be put on a rim and balanced... Whatever. One of the guys was within my grasp, and he couldn't leave my job to do another job while my cousin and I put the rear wheels back on and took off the front ones, which is what the old dumbass at the counter told me.

SURPRISE! They did start another job! I got to wait another twenty minutes for my front tires to be ready for reinstallation. The party didn't stop there, though, because that moron didn't put enough air in my tires. At this point I was ready to explode.

After all that, we got the bill for the tires and the mounting on the rims, and we saw SERVICE CHARGES! Are you kidding me?! We installed the tires ourselves, and those lazy fat bastards didn't do a bit of work, but they charged me for installation of my tires! I absolutely lost it. I let the counter waiter and half the store know that Wal-Mart is the worst possible place to have any automotive work done, that you're paying for lackluster service done by under-trained and under-educated employees who knew nothing about the job or the tools they use to do it, and they need to drop their auto services and stick to peddling their half-broken, half-used, near-expired items for discount prices and quit fucking up peoples' days by being retarded.

So, in short, only have your vehicle serviced at a Wal-Mart if you want to give yourself a brain aneurysm.

New job fail

I have a new job working as a POS (fancy name for cashier) at a department store called Kohl's.

It's looooooong and booooooooring. And we're supposed to get people to sign up for the Kohl's credit card, and if we don't we're FAILURES AT LIFE.

Yeah, I worked 11:45-4:45 and didn't get anyone. >_> Well, none of us did. So we're all FAILURES AT LIFE. ;o;

Taking a whole day off of the internet is easy...

I found a purpose for my blog. As some of you may know, I called it. Our commander and chief, the one whom promised undefined change, has shown us what change is. That change, apparently, seems to be the undermining of everything that America once stood for.

As I had described him earlier, as I became suspicious of him for his undefined claims of "hope", "change", and "peace". All of these were empty - he never said just what it was he was planning to do. No specifics, just vague generalizations. It was then that I began to call him "Senator Palpatine", after the evil emperor of Star Wars.

And as I predicted, he won. I didn't vote for him, the foolish people whom don't bother to do their own research did. Now after he came to office, with his claims of eliminating our national deficit... He doubles it in a MONTH. A FRIGG'N MONTH. Just how the HELL do you spend 2+ TRILLION dollars in a single month?! You campaigned on hope, but you SCARED US, using FEAR as a tool to try to win the public over. It's been a month, boya, and already you've screwed up.

Your cabinet is so corrupt that they keep having to step down from their positions. You claim to elimate pet projects and non-needed 'pork' bills line by line, and do nothing - there's over 9000 of these things in just one bill. No, I'm NOT using the meme, that's an actual fact! Though the world seems to love you, just remember, boya, I'm calling it...

2012. The year described by the Mayans as the end. By Nostradamus as a very important time. By many other old-school societies as the end of days, even. What is it? You heard it from me first. Even if only for SYMBOLISM'S sake, SOMETHING will happen, and this day is going to be the day that is recognised for the events that unfold. My guess? One of three things:

Common petty world war, similar to the two worldwide wars of the 20th century. However, due to advanced weaponry, however, the way things will happen will change forever, and quite possibly, due to a possibility of nuclear winter, climate will change as well. Palpatine either gets the blame, or becomes an actual Emperor. Likelihood is moderate.
Worldwide reform of how government is allowed to work. This is the only peaceful scenario, in which the people of Earth stand up for themselves for once and via democracy remove the incompetent leaders and replace them with people that know what they're doing. Harsh rules against corruption are put in place, and will affect both the corporate and government leaders around the world. Lastly, the failed 'liberal/socialist/whatever agendas' of the age of old will be either banned or will not show up for several generations, depending on the severity of the events that lead up to the event. Very low likelihood.
Outright rebellion. People, having lost faith in the corrupt governments that have failed them, will take up arms and remove them by force. Rules that are put in place to prevent the practices that led up to current problems will be far stricter than if done peacefully, and quite possibly corruption will be an act of treason, punishable by death. This is a very violent outcome, and a major factor is going to be generational warfare - the children affected and expected to pay will rise up against their own fathers and their fathers, whom got us in this mess. Even though most had nothing to do with it, the older generation may well be blamed for the events. Ideological warfare may also be involved, as the left and right, in their failure to understand that they're BOTH wrong, and that they should work together, will take arms against each other. Even IF the worldwide rebellion is quelled, the effects will make themselves known, and as a result this event will have a very long lasting effect. Likelihood is quite high.

I don't want rebellion, granted. It's so bothersome. But sadly, people are stupid by nature - if they weren't, there wouldn't be school after all - and as such, one must ALWAYS keep in mind: Never underestimate the sheer stupidity of humanity.

This will be an ongoing blog about my view of our American Palpatine, and the discussion of actual facts from my point of view. Discussions are widely encouraged, as I'd like to hear your own opinions on this matter.

Past weeks

In the past few weeks, I have been very tired because I have to catch up on my school work, and need sleep which I am getting more of. Also, I am not playing my Ds and Wii as much I have in the past year. I am currently writing this in science class preparing for an interview with the teacher Mr. Hughes. I am also bored too. I was also going skiing with friends and doing a lot of school activites. :confused:(This has wasted 10 minutes of my life to write):eek:

Why I Haven't Been Around

I'm bad, I know.

Tons of crap has happened over the past few months but here's the long and short of it.

I was, for awhile, helping out with another Fansub group (QC'ing mostly) for Shugo Chara/Shugo Chara Doki. Then, that group closed before the Holidays last December.

Then I've been attempting to help out a scanlation group with aquiring some scans/raws for Shugo Chara again (see a pattern here?), which they managed to do.

Before all of this however, my Wi-fi access from our neighbors (which we had an agreement to use), completely died, leaving us Wi-fi less. I had to cancel most of my extra stuffs (mainly being WoW) and became dependant for my net fix at work/Dad's house.

To add to that, I had a major fight with a friend of mine which led to us cutting ties which kept me saddened for a bit.

As many of you may not know, I've been clinically depressed since high school and the medicine I had been on for the past year had caused many health issues on my end. The kicker was the constant nausea that I'd had for almost 1 1/2 months that finally made my doctors change my medication. Now, this medicine has very rapidly changed my health situation for the better, but when one felt like hurling everyday, it didn't make one want to stare at a computer screen and do QC'ing and editing.

The final (and most recent) addition to this was the fact that my car's (my glorious and fast minivan's) transmission died out on me 2 weeks ago. Since the car is over 13 years old, I'm not paying the almost 3 grand that the shop wanted to fix it.

So, I'm stuck at home, with no internet access, car-less and bored as heck.

(However, there has been a bright spot in the fact that I've been catching up on playing DS games)

So, I'll be officially working on selling a bunch of my stuff (DS games, computer supplies, settai that I've already scanned/owned myself), cards, books, DVD's *both anime and other movies*) as well as trying to get back into the swing of catching up with my work here.

Not to say that not even half the anime shave been announced yet, but I'm certainly looking forward to a lot of them. They look like they're going to be good. I personally am tired of loli/moe etc every time you turn around, we need some more straightforward anime, because it's just a mess as-is. Some book/novel adaptations would be nice.
