English MMSF3 Site Opens

Continuing my habit of using my off-and-on-functioning computer to regurgitate whatever news post Protodude has posted, the English Megaman website has updated with an SF3 section.

The section includes info on the characters, storyline, and systems, and confirms several English names: Akatsuki Shidou is now A. C. Eos, Spade Magnets is now Spade Magnes, and Dia Iceburn is now Diamond Ice. The Satellite Server has also been translated.

The site also confirms a release date of June 30th, 2009.

Amusingly, the site is somewhat poorly formatted with typos here and there and the unfortunate side effect of listing Queentia's name as Queen Tia (though this may be intentional) and giving Solo's full name as "Geo Solo." There's also a few areas that use JP names.

Might want to work on that, Capcom.

i also realzed that under the satellite server it says lyra note instead of harp note unless if this is intentional

What I really like about that section is that they changed the section heading for Megaman to "Shooting Star Rockman (Megaman)"... so they bothered to change it and translate it, but not to replace the JP name.

really, i kind of wish we kept the name Rockman instead if Megaman

do u think that these will be fixed by the time it comes out? if they are only this far along with all these typos, i dont see a june release date or a real no typo game

another thing i noticed. go on the english site, and go to noise forms. I believe they mixed up the probable noise forms in each version. now it seems to be:

Black Ace
Corvus
Virgo
Wolf
Crown
Cancer

Red Joker
Taurus
Cygnus
Gemini
Libra
Ophiuca


I'm getting Black Ace and probably still am if this stays the same, but I would like ti if Black Ace was like it was before with Corvus and Gemini in the same version. Can you look into if this is true?

well, now it says on the list of noise forms that Black Ace has Gemini, Corvus, Cancer, Libra, and Ophiuca as expected with Red Joker having Cygnus, Taurus, Wolf, Crown, and Virgo. But, people on youtube are saying that the noise forms have been changed to what my last response said. Should I trust what the site says? Or the youtube community? I would think the site

You have no idea what the YouTube Community is capable of =b. Would you trust a large gaggle of die-hard fans with (possibly) global connections or corporations? Surely our recession-ridden buddies in North America have mistaken.

Can't wait for Star Force 3, the music is so good!
